Two pounds of juicy perfectly seasoned Pork Carnitas. These are in nice sized chunks that you can shred if you want to. "Little meats" are basically pork shoulder that have been braised or simmered until tender and crispied up a little create wonderfully juicy bites of pork. Soooo good!
