Bronze-cut, slowed dried, made from ultra finely milled, organic, non GMO, non enriched durum semolina, utilizing the whole grain. Spaghetti is the plural form of the Italian word spaghetto, which is a diminutive of spago, meaning 'thin string' or 'twine'. It is believed to have originated sometime in the 12th Century in the Kingdom of Sicily.
A hyper local fresh pasta maker based out of Wilmington Island. Made by hand and slow dried, this pasta is made only with unbleached, non-GMO, Organic Durum Semolina flour and filtered water.
