WOW! What a treat we have this week. An all beef Korean Meatloaf that has a lovely Gochujang glaze on it. Gochujang is a sweet, savory and spicy red chili paste that is a staple in Korea cuisine. So instead of the blah ketchup, imagine a vibrant, exotic chili paste saturated into all that hand patted ground beef. Yummy! In a two pound loaf pan that would serve about 4 people. Our first time ever offering this. Pic is from the interwebs.
